We, Pawana Engg. Projects Pvt. Ltd. are
leading manufacturers, exporters and importers of Spray Drying Plant
and other drying systems. We also supply machined and fabricated
components, assemblies, equipments, tanks, vessels and sub-assemblies
to be used in sugar industries, chemicals, dairies and pollution
control Industries. We have supplied around 53 spray dryer plants for
different products and evaporation capacity ranging from 1kg We/Hours
to 1500kg We/Hours. At the same time, we also design, manufacture and
supply Hot Air Generators. More than 200 Hot Air Generators (Indirect
type) for Spray Drying Plants are in operation at various places in
Gujarat and all over India.

Thermax, Alfa Laval, Quest Services, etc. inspect our products.
Inspection services and testing facilities can be provided as and when
required. We carry out many tests to deliver better products like D.P.
Test, Hydraulic Tests, Air Pressure Tests (Pneumatic Test), X-ray Test,
Kerosene Test (Porosity), etc.
Our Infrastructure
Pawana Engg. Projects Pvt. Ltd. is
sprawled in the vast premises well-equipped with the latest machines
and technology. We have erected and commissioned 53 Spray Dryers. We
have taken leading parts of erection and commissioning of 3 projects
which were exported by well known Limited Companies to Bangkok,
Indonesia, South Africa, Sudan and Turkey. We have well equipped Engineering work shop
where we have fabricated all the parts of spray dryers. We also provide
a complete system for air handling as well as material handling
systems. We have designed and supplied the drying systems for many
Herbal Powder producers as well as Bulk Drug Manufacturers like Cadila
Pharmaceuticals, Morepen laboratories Ltd., Cipla Pharmaceuticals and
Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.
